Return and refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Salvare FZ LLC (operating as salvareparis.com). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a return and refund policy as outlined below.

returns eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- Timeframe: You must initiate a return request within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order.
- Condition of Items: The product(s) must be in new, unused, and unworn condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
- Non-Refundable Items: Certain products are non-refundable, including but not limited to: Personalized or custom-made items Gift cards and hygiene-related products (if applicable) Sale or discounted items (unless otherwise stated)

how to return an item

If you meet the return eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:

- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at refund@salvareparis.com Include your order number, product details, and reason for the return in your message.
- Return Authorization: We will review your request and issue a Return Authorization Number if the return is accepted.
- Packaging: Securely package the product(s) in the original packaging to prevent any damage during return shipping. Include the RA # and a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
Please note that:
- Refund Processing Fees: Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Partial Refunds: If items are returned in used or damaged condition (outside of manufacturing defects), we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or refuse the return.

damaged or defective items

if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by providing a full refund or sending a replacement item. In such cases, return shipping will be covered by Salvare paris.

sale items

Items purchased on sale or with a discount may be subject to different return conditions. If a sale item is returnable, it will be processed in the same way as full-price items. However, in some cases, sale items may not be eligible for a return or refund

international returns

If you are returning an item from outside the UAE, please note the following:

- Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service for returns.
- Customs and Duties: Any customs duties or taxes incurred on international returns are the responsibility of the customer. We do not reimburse any customs or import fees.
