processing time

- Backorders or Delays: In case an item is out of stock or there is a delay, we will notify you by email with an estimated shipping date. You will be given the option to cancel the order or choose a different item if available.

shipping restrictions

- P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses at this time. Please provide a physical address for all orders.

tracking your order

- For UAE Domestic orders, tracking information will be proviced by the courier used for your shipment.
- For International orders, tracking information will be provided by the courier used for your shipment.

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated after your order is shipped.

However, please note that once an international order has left our facility, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to deliver the package. If the package is lost or damaged, we will assist with claims, but cannot guarantee a full refund or replacement.
